Celebrating meaningful holidays is more important than ever. That’s why, despite having limited access to a fully stocked grocery store, we wanted to come up with a traditional meal for this occasion – including a delicious seasonal pasta salad.
For this recipe, we were inspired by the flavors of deviled eggs but added a couple of our favorite ingredients to make it even more special. Nabol also put together simple chicken fillets wrapped in bacon with a side of refreshing greens and crunchy onions. Hope you guys enjoy this recipe.

Deviled Eggs Pasta Salad
– Serves 2 people
- 1 Cup of macaroni pasta
- ½ Cup of cooked peas
- 1/3 to ½ Small onion, finely diced
- 2 Slices of bacon, fried and chopped
- 4 Boiled eggs
- 1.5 Tbs of mustard
- 3 Tbs of mayonnaise
- Salt, pepper and paprika to taste
- Slice the boiled eggs and place yolks in a large bowl. Add the mayo, mustard, bacon and sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Optional: Take a spoonful of the mix and put it back in one of the sliced eggs. This is for decoration.
- Chop the rest of the eggs and add them to the yolk mix with the peas, onions and cooked pasta.
- Season with a little more salt, pepper and paprika. Place the extra slice on top and add another sprinkle of paprika.
