This year, we attempted the famous White Castle Turkey Stuffing Recipe and we can totally see why others on the Interweb are so excited about this.

White Castle Turkey Stuffing Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1. In a large mixing bowl, chop the Sliders into pieces and add diced celery, apple and seasonings.
2. Add 1 cup chicken broth, toss well
3. Add ingredients to Casserole Dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Note: You could also stuff the ingredients into the cavity of the turkey. Just prepare ingredients as noted above, but reduce chicken broth to 1/4 Cup, then cook as you normally would. Allow 1 Slider for each pound of turkey, which will be equal to 3/4 cup of stuffing per pound.

2. Make compound butter by mixing the butter with the spices
3. Spread the butter generously under the skin and coat the bird with any leftovers.
4. You could also sprinkle some extra salt and za’atar.
5. Place on a baking pan and bake for 350 degrees until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
